We work with independent operators and larger chains sourcing packaging, disposables and commercial supplies. The appropriate arrangement depends on order volume, product specifications and the time available for manufacturing and shipping.
Do you charge a markup on products?
Under our retainer and per-container models, you pay the factory directly with no goods markup from Star Hygiene. We charge an agreed management fee. With landed duty paid supply, our margin is included in the final CAD price for door-to-door delivery.
Can you help with custom branded packaging?
Yes. We can work with your logo, materials, dimensions and durability requirements, and discuss packaging mockups during the sourcing process. Minimum quantities and production timelines depend on the factory and product.
How do you check product quality?
We vet manufacturers and arrange on-ground checks before shipment in India or China. Specifications and inspection requirements are agreed during sourcing, with pre-shipment reporting to help you review your order.
What are the minimum quantities and lead times?
Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the product, customization, manufacturer and shipping route. We review production, freight and customs timelines against your required delivery date during sourcing.
